Our Annual Contract Programme provides cost effective support with school wide maintenance issues as well as Asset Management, Premises Development and Annual Servicing.
A full Project Management Service, incorporating the design and management of each scheme is available at competitive rates, including full Electronic Tender processes which adhere to the Leeds City Council FMIS guidelines.
